Florida Lake House Bunk Bed Design
The Florida Lake House Single or Quad Bunk Bed is a design concept for beach homes, family properties and vacation rentals along the Gulf Coast and Florida Panhandle. Its perpendicular layout helps use available floor space efficiently while creating a distinctive focal point for the room.
The design can be developed as a single bunk arrangement or expanded into a quad configuration, depending on the room layout and sleeping needs. Optional barnwood or metal accents can be requested to complement a coastal, modern or rustic interior.

The design specifications list a standard overall width of 180+ inches, a depth from the wall of 67 inches and a post height of 84 inches. Upper bed height is listed at 55–65 inches from the floor. With 9-foot ceilings, listed headroom is 35 inches below and 32 inches above.
