Maximize sleeping capacity without making a guest room feel crowded. The Rosemary Beach Triple Bunk Bed combines two upper twin beds with a spacious queen or king bed below for Florida vacation rentals, beach homes and high-occupancy family properties.
An Open Triple Bunk Layout for Comfortable Guest Rooms
Unlike a traditional quad bunk, this design keeps the lower level open and spacious. It gives families more sleeping options while providing parents or adult guests with a comfortable lower bed that feels more like a real bedroom than a crowded bunk room.
Rosemary Beach Triple Bunk Configuration
- Upper level: Two twins positioned toe-to-toe
- Lower level: Choose a queen or king bed
- Sleeping layout: Designed to accommodate more guests while preserving an open feel
Built for Vacation Rental Use
The Rosemary Beach Triple Bunk is built with oversized structural lumber and heavy-duty framing. Source specifications state that the design is engineered for 800+ pounds per level, making it suitable for adults, couples and high-turnover vacation rental use.
- Freestanding construction for flexibility during resale, redesign or remodeling
- Structural, durable framing designed for real homes and rental properties
- Open lower layout that helps the room feel more inviting
- Suitable for family vacations, extended stays and multi-family properties
